MOSCOW, Nov 28 (PRIME) -- Russia’s State Transport Leasing Company (STLC) plans to offer an issue of U.S. $550 million replacement bonds maturing in February 2026 on Thursday, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.
In October, STLC sent documents to the central bank asking for permission to replace all the six Eurobonds that its subsidiaries sold earlier. STLC plans to sell all the replacement bonds until the end of 2023.
